1. Where are you located?

Our shop is located at
5815 N Mesa St
El Paso TX 79912
We are at corner of Mesa and Mesa Hills, next to Coffee Emporium, Postal service, and Entrecote Restaurant, and across from Midici pizza place and Appleebee's.

2. What are your operation hours?

Monday - Saturday: 9:30 am - 7:30 pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Saturday: Walk-ins only
After operation hours for appointment only

3. Does your shop have parking space?

Yes, there are plenty Free parking space in front of our spa

4. What kind of payments to you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa and Master cards.

5. What is your sanitization standards ?

At STAR Nail Spa, we offer many features to ensure you the best spa experience:

  1. Odor Control System at every manicure table to reduce nail dust & fumes.

  2. Disposable Files, Buffer, and Pumice for each service

  3. Disposable Liners for Pedicure Chair for each service.

  4. 4 HD flat-screened TVs with surrounding sound system with various range of movies.

  5. Complimentary refreshments : water, sodas, red & white wines, chocolate, & candies.

  6. Authentic luxurious spa with organic ingredients. 

  7. Over 3500 color of gel polish from top-notch brands ( OPI, Gelish, DND, Gelaze...),  and over 3000 colors of dipping powder products (SNS and ANC).

  8. Strict sanitation standard with all tools go through 3 steps of cleaning, and using dental grade autoclave, then placed in sterilization pouches before using.

  9. We do any types of custom designs, such as 3D, 4D, gel designs...

6. Do you take walk-ins or appointment?

Yes, we always welcome both Walk in and Appointment customers. We do Walk-ins only on Saturday. However, we highly recommend you to book in advance for less waiting time.

7. How much do you charge for nail art?

It depends on its level of difficulty. Usually $5/ 2 fingers. Prices vary from $5 to $30

8. Do you take tips?

Yes, Tips are the best way to say "Thank You, You did a good job!". Our nail technicians will be appreciated for your generous.
and Yes, you can tip on gift card, credit/debit cards, but CASH is always the BEST ^^

9. Do you charge to get nail fixed?

In most cases, if you get them done at our shop within a week, we don't.

10. Do you charge to take gel/dip/acrylic off?

Yes,

$5 if you take off acrylic and do new set again, and take off dip to do gel.

$10 if you don't do anything else.

No, if you take gel off and do gel again, take dip off and do dip again.

11. How long does gel polish last?

Normally, gel manicure will last 2 to 3 weeks.

12. How long does dipping powder last?

Dipping Powder usually lasts 2 to 3 weeks.

13. How do you sanitize the dip powder?

We will sanitize your hands with sanitizer and alcohol before we dip your fingers in the pot. Also we have Disposable dipping tray for your safety and convenient, $5 more if you prefer the disposable dipping tray.

14. Do you offer microblading?

Unfortunately we do not offer microblading yet. But in the near future we will make announcement when we offer this service.
